At FLYN, we exist to ignite change through inspiration and connection.
We found our “peanut butter and chocolate” moment when we realized that we could apply design thinking techniques that had been used for decades to create innovative products and services on people processes and culture. As innovation experts, we knew that the linchpin was the human-centered part of design thinking - what is more important to creating a good culture than ensuring that it’s designed around the people in that organization, and what they need to do their best work?
We believe that work shouldn’t suck and envision a world in which work is inspiring and fulfilling and individuals thrive. We partner with organizations to create great cultures, innovate on workplace challenges, develop leaders & change-makers, and deliver events that inspire and connect people.
