FLYN Journeys
Our flagship event, the FLYN Inspiration Journey, centers on visiting organizations that we can learn from about creating good cultures and innovation in the workplace. FLYN Inspiration Journeys expose leaders to new practices and unleash the potential of their organizations and people.
During this behind-the-scenes exploration, our host companies’ leaders share with us firsthand what they are doing to achieve their future organization performance ambitions—what's working for them, what didn't, and why! Together we unearth fresh thinking and promising methodologies through candid conversations and hands-on, active learning.
FLYN has been hosting its flagship Journeys since 2014, providing 2 types of experiences to help clients improve culture and workplace innovation:
1) Custom Journeys, open only to our clients’ team members
2) Open Journeys, for leaders who impact culture; we hold 2 in person and 1 virtual Journey each year
During a Journey, participants get exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to host companies who have demonstrated successful and innovative approaches to workplace culture, people management and engagement.

FLYN Peer Coaching Collective
The Coaching Collective is a cohort-based coaching program for people who want to take it to the next level.
Rooted in the Enneagram (a motivational typing system), we will engage, elevate and evolve, together. Each unique cohort will share insights, work through challenges and provide support to each other throughout the eight sessions.
FLYN facilitation and peer coaching insights will lead to learnings, greater self-awareness and growth. This cohort-based coaching program runs from April 8th - July 15th for eight sessions that occur every other week.
