We co-founded FLYN on one main principle: work shouldn’t suck. Our purpose became to Unlock Smiles at Work - knowing smiles were a key indicator that people were in work environments where they could thrive.
We found our “peanut butter and chocolate” moment when we realized that we could apply human-centered design thinking techniques that had been used for decades to create innovative products and services to people processes and culture. As innovation experts, we knew that the linchpin was the human-centered part of design thinking - what is more important to creating a good culture than ensuring that it’s designed around the people in that organization, and what they need to do their best work?
We envision a world in which work is inspiring and fulfilling and individuals thrive. We partner with organizations to create good cultures, innovate on people processes, build future skills and design events that inspire innovation.
