Coaching and Development Programs for Leaders, Teams and Organizations
Whether individual or part of a group, coaching is a useful tool that can be used for standalone development or as part of a larger development program. We’ve created a variety of innovative coaching tools and structures to meet the specific needs of our clients, including facilitated peer cohort coaching groups, cross-organizational cohorts, and personalized individual executive coaching.
Cohort Coaching & Collective ProgramsWe provide powerful cohort coaching programs and have worked with organizations across a wide range of industries – from manufacturing to global financial services to food products and much more.
Our peer cohort programs are customized for each client and designed to facilitate each participants growth and impact. Many are created for a single organization, where we work internally with a client and selected leaders across their company. Our Collective programs are run externally for individuals from diverse organizations, such as leaders across a corporation's subsidiaries or a PE firm's investment portfolio. Each program is customized to meet the needs of the organization and typically runs anywhere from 2 to 6 months. All of our peer cohorts combine elements of individual goal setting, peer coaching and FLYN facilitation. |
Individual CoachingAt FLYN we approach 1:1 coaching from both a practical and heart-centered perspective. We know coaches help activate, motivate and hold people accountable, but we also know that the best coaches go deeper - they create space for reflection, a-ha moments and even true shake-ups. To help achieve this, we use the Enneagram as a jumping off point. The Enneagram is a motivational typing system that helps people understand their own motivations and behaviors. This tool, combined with a certified FLYN coach, can help create deep insights, unlock learnings and achieve goals. In addition to one-on-one leadership coaching, we also provide team enneagram workshops and coaching.
